Please visit our Services page and book your appointment at your preferred day.
We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your appointment booking.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, please send an email to [contact@japanbestdoctors.com]
at least 3 working days before your appointment day. We will reschedule your appointment on the other day.

Can I choose a payment method other than credit card?

Unfortunately, currently we only receive pre-payment by credit card.
大変恐縮でございますが、現在クレジットカードお支払いのみ承っております。
Can I request for a receipt/invoice?
領収書の発行は可能でしょうか。
Yes, we will issue an online receipt (PDF) after the consultation session.
If you would like to specify the receipt contents, please let us know in advance.
オンライン診察後にご予約頂いたメールアドレス宛てに電子領収書(PDF)を添付したメールを送付します。
領収書の再発行はご対応致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。
